Product return / replacement
The client has the right to return or replace the ordered goods within 7 working days. In this case a notification needs to be send to email@example.com before returning the item, specifying the details of the order and the reason of return or replacement. The products need to be returned in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in its original packaging.
The client has the possibility to replace the product by another or to ask for the reimbursement of money. If the second option applies, BRANDELIA will reimburse the paid amount (less the incurred delivery costs) within 14 working days after having received the returned products.
If the return or replacement is caused by the client due to changes of mind (i.e. other product model, other color, other size, etc.), then the client will assume the associated delivery costs.
However, if the return or replacement is caused by BRANDELIA (i.e. due to manufacturing errors or inadvertency), then we will assume the associated delivery costs.
Products which have been customized particularly for the client cannot be replaced by other products and are non-refundable.
